Brandi passante became famous after she was featured on A&E's "Storage wars', the reality show that starred Jarrod Schulz. Both received the attention of the public through this series. On this show, the contents of storage lockers that rental isn't paid in three months of rent will be auctioned. Brandi and Jarrod from the Now and Then thrift store in Orange California participated in the show to buy storage units. They had no idea that this show was going to turn them into reality TV superstars! Through the course of the show, they became stars. Following their appearance on the TV reality show, they were successful in increasing the size of their store. The success of their 'Storage War' appearance led to a spinoff series called 'Brandi and Jarrod The Marriage of a Job' which focused exclusively on the couple.
